Celebration of some of the best offerings from our land and sea.
- The lobster is landed in Cornwall where possible
- Lobster is available depending on season
- Please note that due to market conditions, sometimes dictated by the weather on rare occasions we may have to send you frozen seafood and steak, which could arrive partially-defrosted
- We reserve the right during periods of exceptional demand or market/weather disruption to substitute the Lobster with one sourced from outside Cornwall
- We will always endeavour to send you a split Lobster. However, if we are working from frozen stock due to weather and market conditions, then we will send a whole Lobster instead.

In some cases this product may be shipped frozen and may begin to thaw in transit. Therefore it may not be suitable for home freezing.
The green/grey or red creamy substance inside the body cavity of your lobster is called tomalley.
It’s perfectly safe to eat and makes a great addition to seafood sauces.
It has a more intense flavour than the sweet meat of the lobster claw or tail and is often considered a delicacy.
