We cook the crabs we caught the night before in the morning using traditional Cornish methods to make fresh dressed crab. Our team picks fresh brown crab meat every day, seals it in trays, then pasteurises it to maintain its great taste.
- Occasionally, we need to mix breadcrumbs into the brown meat if it is too watery. Please note that we cannot guarantee this product is gluten-free.
- Please note that the crab claws are not part of this purchase.
- Crab contains Omega3 fatty acids that are known to reduce blood pressure, while minerals such as zinc, selenium, and copper help to improve the immune system.
- Our crab will last for at least 6 days.
- We make every effort to remove any shells or cartilage from the crab meat, but please check carefully before using it.
- It is available between May and October.
- This is best served on crispy sourdough toast with rocket and avocado.
