In the morning, we cook the crabs from the previous night’s catch using the traditional Cornish method.
Our team then handpick the fresh, juicy white crab meat daily, which is sealed in trays and pasteurised to retain its exquisite flavour. This process also gives it a longer shelf life when chilled.
- The Omega3 fatty acids found in shellfish such as crab have been found to help lower blood pressure, and minerals such as zinc, selenium and copper help to boost the immune system
- Landed from the Cornish coast and hand-picked fresh each day
- All attempts are made to ensure that the crab meat is free from shell or cartilage. Kindly inspect it again before using
- Crab Season usually runs between May – Oct
- Our crab will have a minimum 6 day shelf life.
We rely on the weather and landings for fresh crab, so if it’s not available, we may have to send a frozen pack of meat. However, please note that this meat will start to defrost during transport and may not be suitable for home freezing.
In extremely rare circumstances, we may need to provide Crab Meat from other reputable suppliers outside of Cornwall if there is no fresh Cornish Crab available.

Our freshly selected white crab meat from Cornwall will come packaged and trayed.
Sometimes, it may be sent frozen and start to defrost during the journey. Due to this, it may not be appropriate for home freezing.
Please store in the fridge and consume as soon as possible.
