Our smoked salmon is cured to a special family recipe by The Cornish Fishmonger and smoked over natural oak chips before being sliced into melt-in-the-mouth, ready-to-eat slices.
Salmon is beautiful when smoked because of its high fat content, which takes on all the beautiful complex flavours from the oak chips. Hand-smoked to our own recipe in our own ovens, each side of salmon is hand-checked for quality before being sliced in a variety of ways to suit your needs.
